Kfarsghab and Morh Kfarsghab are twin villages, in the Caza of Zgharta, in the North Lebanon region.

Kfarsghab,
the Summer Village, is located on the road going from Ehden to Bcharre. It is facing Ehden to the south and overlooking the valley of Qozhaya, the northern part of the Qadisha Valley.

Morh Kfarsghab,
the Winter Village, is located on the northwestern slope of the valley, separating Miziara from Bnachii.
